Celebrating A Century

Plaxton is one of the most recognisable marques on our roads today. From small beginnings in a workshop near Scarborough’s famous castle, the Plaxton business has grown to become the third largest UK owned automotive manufacturer, producing over 700 vehicles a year and employing over 500 people in manufacturing, sales and aftercare.

This site illustrates the rich heritage of the Plaxton name and as it’s our birthday, we’re gonna celebrate!
